Booty Bay

Booty Bay is one of the four Steamwheedle Cartel factions in Classic WoW, and reputation with it can be gained by killing specific mobs and completing quests or repeatable cloth turn-in quests.
Use Cloth Turn-Ins
If you are repairing reputation from hated, use the repeatable quest 'Traitor to the Bloodsail' to climb from hated to neutral. For Booty Bay as your third faction, this requires 840 Silk Cloth and 84 Red Dye across 21 turn-ins.
Kill Venture Co. Mobs
Venture Co. mobs found throughout Stranglethorn Vale, mostly west of Zul'Gurub and east and slightly north of the Gurubashi Arena near a cave, each grant 5 Booty Bay reputation up to 11, 999 Honored, with 2.5 spillover reputation to the other Steamwheedle Cartel factions continuing through Exalted.
Grind Pirates to Exalted
Once Venture Co. mobs stop giving direct Booty Bay reputation past 11,999 Honored, continue killing pirates to benefit from the 2.5 spillover reputation per kill to all Steamwheedle Cartel factions, including Booty Bay, all the way through Exalted.
