Armies of Legionfall is a Legion faction tied to the Broken Shore whose Revered standing is required for Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part Two, which unlocks account-wide flying in Legion zones.
Complete Broken Shore World Quests
World Quests on the Broken Shore are the primary repeatable source of reputation, granting 75 rep each. These reset regularly and should be completed whenever available.
Contribute Legionfall War Supplies
Turning in 100 
Legionfall War Supplies toward Broken Shore building construction grants 150 reputation per contribution. Supplies can be obtained by looting limited-spawn chests on the Broken Shore, which average around four supplies each and can occasionally proc a legendary item. Note that chests become unlootable 15 seconds after being opened, and looting too many within a session will cause further chests to become invisible to you — if your inventory was full when a chest was opened, the supplies will arrive in your mailbox.
Kill Rares on the Broken Shore
Slaying rare enemies on the Broken Shore, identifiable by a gray elite icon, will drop Legionfall War Supplies. Standard rares appear as green skulls on the main map, while Sentinax lieutenants and rares summoned from unstable nether portals only appear on the minimap and require you to be nearby to spot them.
Complete Larger One-Time Rep Activities
Legion Assaults, World Boss quests, and Raid World Quests grant larger chunks of reputation but are one-off or time-limited events. As more of the Broken Shore story unlocks over the course of patch 7.2, many quests in that chain award 1,500 reputation each, making the story progression a significant source of rep.

The Armies of Legionfall quartermaster, Warmage Kath'leen, is located at 44.4, 62.2 in the Broken Shore and sells rewards unlocked at various reputation tiers.
Tips
Reaching Revered with Armies of Legionfall is a hard requirement for the Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part Two achievement, which grants account-wide Legion flying.
