Talon's Vengeance is a hidden Legion faction with no associated achievement, unlocked by completing a falcosaur pet questline and speaking with Aviana, with the sole reward being the 
Ivory Hawkstrider mount at Exalted.
Obtain a Falcosaur Hatchling
Kill a Falcosaur Matriarch during a Falcosaur Swarm World Quest, then locate the Orphaned Falcosaur that spawns nearby. Approach it with the correct food: Orphaned Bloodgazer requires Azsunian Grapes, Orphaned Sharptalon requires Dried Bilberries, Orphaned Snowfeather requires Smoked Elderhorn, and Orphaned Direbeak requires Pungent Vrykul Gamalost, all purchasable in Dalaran.
Complete the Falcosaur Questline
Complete your falcosaur's full questline, which involves leveling the battle pet to 25, completing pet battles, completing world quests, and defeating dungeon and raid bosses — note that some questlines require killing a boss in Nighthold, so your choice of falcosaur affects which raid you must enter.
Unlock Talon's Vengeance with Aviana
Ride your new falcosaur mount and summon your falcosaur pet, then travel to Aviana in Highmountain at 32.4, 66.8. Engage in dialogue with her — a new dialog option will appear, and completing it rewards the 
Ivory Talon, granting you access to the Talon's Vengeance faction.
Earn Marks of Prey via PvP
Reputation with Talon's Vengeance is gained exclusively by earning 
Marks of Prey, which are only awarded for killing other players — killing NPCs does not grant Marks of Prey. Heading to falcosaur zones is an effective method, as many players there are not flagged for PvP combat and may be unprepared.
Reach Exalted for the Mount
Continue earning Marks of Prey through player kills until you reach Exalted reputation with Talon's Vengeance, at which point the Ivory Hawkstrider becomes available for purchase from the vendor in Highmountain at 32.4, 66.8.
