Valarjar is a Legion faction based in Stormheim, earned by completing the Stormheim zone questline and then continuing through world quests at level 110.
Complete Stormheim Zone Quests
Work through the full Stormheim zone questchain (levels 98-110) to earn approximately 12, 000 reputation, reaching around Honored. This questchain is titled Vrykul Story, Bro.
Unlock World Quests at 110
At level 110, complete the Uniting the Isles quest, which requires Friendly standing with the five major Legion factions. Once unlocked, world quests in Stormheim become the primary ongoing source of Valarjar reputation.
Pick Up A Murky Fate
There is a small quest called A Murky Fate at 78, 58 in Stormheim in Morheim that rewards 150 Valarjar reputation. This quest is easy to miss when completing the zone normally, so return to that spot if you skipped it.
Visit the Valarjar Quartermaster
The Valarjar quartermaster is Valdemar Stormseeker, found at 60.2, 51.2 in Stormheim at Valdisdall near the flight master. At Honored he sells the Vrykul Toy Boat Kit and Boon of the Salvager. At Revered he offers the Valarjar Tabard, Sunborne Val'kyr, and several crafting patterns including Pattern: Battlebound Hauberk, Pattern: Battlebound Warhelm, and Plans: Consecrated Spike. At Exalted he sells the Rod of the Ascended, Valarjar Runepriest's Vesture, Plans: Demonsteel Boots, Plans: Demonsteel Greaves, Pattern: Gravenscale Leggings, Pattern: Gravenscale Warhelm, and Treasure Map: Stormheim.
Tips
Check the Valarjar Emissary cache whenever it is active, as it awards a large bonus reputation on top of completing four world quests in Stormheim.
