The Wardens is a Legion faction tied to Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part One, earned primarily through world quests since no introductory quest chain establishes the relationship.
Gain Rep Through World Quests
World quests are the main source of reputation with The Wardens. At level 110 you will unlock world quests across the Broken Isles, and Wardens-tagged world quests will contribute rep. This is the slowest of the Broken Isles reputations, averaging around 600 rep per day without emissary bonuses, so prioritize Wardens emissary quests whenever they appear.
Collect Your Warden's Field Kit
After completing a set of world quests for The Wardens, turn them in to Marin Bladewing at 48.2, 73.8 in Azsuna to receive your 
Warden's Field Kit.
Tips
Wardens emissary quests grant a large reputation bonus — complete them as soon as they appear to avoid the slow daily grind toward Revered.
