The Saberstalkers is a reputation faction in Tanaan Jungle earned by killing elite and rare Saberon in Fang'rila, and is required for the Tanaan Diplomat achievement which is part of the Draenor Pathfinder meta-achievement.
Find the Quartermaster
Visit Z'tenga the Walker at 55.2, 74.8 in Tanaan Jungle to browse rewards and pick up available daily quests before heading into Fang'rila.
Collect green goo buffs
Before engaging enemies in Fang'rila, collect all 9 available buffs from the green goo scattered around the area to boost your performance while grinding reputation.
Kill elite Saberon in Fang'rila
Kill Blackfang Hunters, Blackfang Prowlers, Blackfang Savages, and Blackfang Shamans throughout Fang'rila — each one awards 25 reputation. Follow a clockwise path around the zone at 57.29, 77.41 and 57.72, 80.36 to efficiently chain pulls across spawn points.
Kill the four rare elites
Soulslicer, Gloomtalon, Krell the Serene, and The Blackfang each award 500 reputation per kill. To maximize efficiency, kill Krell the Serene on your server, then use the Group Finder tool to hop to other servers and kill him there repeatedly until he respawns on your own realm, netting roughly 12,000 reputation in a single session.
Complete the Tooth and Claw daily
Pick up the Tooth and Claw daily quest from Z'tenga the Walker at 55.2, 74.8 in Tanaan Jungle, then loot 100 Tanaan Jungle Teeth by killing any beasts in Tanaan to turn it in for additional reputation.
Purchase rewards from Z'tenga
Once you have sufficient reputation, return to Z'tenga the Walker at 55.2, 74.8 in Tanaan Jungle to purchase rewards including the 
Saberstalkers Battle Standard, 
Contract: Pallas, 
Wild Goretusk, 
Saberstalker Teachings: Trailblazer, 
Savage Cub, Bristling Hellboar, and the 
Saberstalkers Tabard.
Tips
Human racial passive and an active guild battle standard can push each elite kill to 37–38 reputation, and each rare kill to 700+ reputation.
More Tanaan Jungle Teeth now drop per beast kill following a hotfix, making the Tooth and Claw daily significantly faster to complete.
