Hand of the Prophet is an Alliance-only faction introduced in Patch 6.2 alongside Tanaan Jungle, earned through daily quests, other various quests, and by using a 
Medallion of the Legion.
Complete Daily and Various Quests
Gain reputation with Hand of the Prophet by completing its daily quests and any other available quests tied to the faction in Tanaan Jungle. You can also use a Medallion of the Legion to earn additional reputation.
Earn Revered for Draenor Flying
As an Alliance player, reaching Revered with Hand of the Prophet is one of three required reputations to unlock flying in Draenor. The other two required factions are The Saberstalkers and Order of the Awakened.
Visit Vendor at Exalted
Once you reach Exalted, visit Vindicator Krethos at 58.4, 60.4 in Tanaan Jungle to purchase your rewards, including the 
Deathtusk Felboar, 
Empowered Augment Rune, and the 
Hand of the Prophet Tabard.
