Complete Frostfire Ridge Quests
Work through all available quests in Frostfire Ridge to build your initial reputation with the Frostwolf Orcs. The Frostwolf clan, led by Chieftain Durotan, is based primarily in this zone.
Grind Mobs at Magnarok
Head to Magnarok in Frostfire Ridge for the most efficient reputation farming — roughly 1,000 reputation every 15 minutes. The area has fast respawning mobs and is soloable, though grouping with others speeds up the process significantly.
Kill Rare Elites at Magnarok
Four rare elites inside Magnarok — Mother of Goren, Hoarfrost, Valkor, and Vrok the Ancient — each award 400 reputation, totaling around 2, 000 reputation per full clear when using a 
Battle Standard of Coordination. These elites respawn every one to one and a half hours.
Farm the Stonefury Cliffs Island
An alternative farming spot is the small island near Stonefury Cliffs in Frostfire Ridge at 43.13, 9.13, where fast-respawning mobs yield roughly 1,000 reputation every 20 minutes when using a Battle Standard of Coordination. This location is easy to solo and requires no repositioning.
Claim Your Title at Exalted
Upon reaching Exalted with the Frostwolf Orcs, you earn the title 'of the Frostwolves'. Visit the vendor Beska Redtusk at 53.2, 61 in Warspear to browse any available faction rewards.
Tips
Using a
Battle Standard of Coordination during mob or rare elite farming increases reputation gained per hour without requiring you to leave your farming spot.If you are close to a threshold such as 1,000 reputation from Revered, a single full rare elite clear at Magnarok combined with a Battle Standard of Coordination can close that gap in one session.
Rare elites at Magnarok respawn every one to one and a half hours, so rotating between the Stonefury Cliffs island farm and checking Magnarok for respawns makes efficient use of downtime.
