The Black Prince is a Mists of Pandaria reputation faction tied to Wrathion's legendary quest chain, earned through questing, raid boss kills, and grinding specific mobs across Pandaria.
Start Wrathion's Quest Chain
Pick up the 
Mysterious Note and Stranger in a Strange Land from Teng Firebrew, then locate Wrathion in The Veiled Stair at 54.4, 72.4 to complete A Legend in the Making and begin earning Black Prince reputation.
Collect Sigils from Raids
Pick up Trial of the Black Prince alongside The Strength of One's Foes, then enter Mogu'shan Vaults, Heart of Fear, or Terrace of Endless Spring and collect 10 
Sigils of Power and 10 
Sigils of Wisdom from raid bosses to reach Honored.
Grind Mogu and Mantid Mobs
To reach Honored via mob grinding, head to Shan'ze Dao on the northernmost island in Townlong Steppes at 35, 11 and kill Shan'ze Illusionists and Bronze Quilen on the northeastern beach — Illusionists give roughly 30 rep each and also summon additional adds worth 10 rep each, while Bronze Quilen give around 10 rep each.
Farm Animated Warriors on Thunder Isle
After patch 5.2, kill Animated Warriors at 49.26, 65.75 on Thunder King Isle for 54–55 rep per kill, or 63–64 rep per kill when using a guild banner; one hour of farming here is enough to go from Revered to Exalted.
Defeat the Sha of Fear
Enter Terrace of Endless Spring and defeat the Sha of Fear to acquire the 
Chimera of Fear, advancing Wrathion's legendary quest chain.
Visit the Blacktalon Quartermaster
Once you have accumulated enough reputation, visit the Blacktalon Quartermaster in The Veiled Stair at 54.4, 72.4 to browse and purchase available faction rewards.
Tips
Rogues who completed the Fangs of the Father legendary questline in Cataclysm begin at Honored with The Black Prince, skipping the early grinding phase entirely.
