Nat Pagle (friendship) is a personal friendship reputation in Mists of Pandaria earned by fishing up three specific rare fish across Pandaria and turning them in daily to Nat Pagle in Krasarang Wilds.
Understand Friendship Levels
Friendship with Nat Pagle has six tiers, each requiring 8,400 reputation to advance: Stranger (0–8,400), Pal (8,400–16,800), Buddy (16,800–25,200), Friend (25,200–33,600), Good Friend (33,600–42,000), and Best Friend (42,000–42,999). Catching all three fish daily takes approximately 28 days to reach Best Friend.

Deliver each fish to Nat Pagle at 68.4, 43.4 in Krasarang Wilds. Each fish turned in grants 600 friendship. The fish are unique, so you must turn one in before catching another of the same type, though you can turn in all three and then fish a second set in the same day.
Boost Your Friendship Gains
The Human racial ability Diplomacy adds +10% to all friendship gains per turn-in, reducing the total time needed to reach Best Friend.
Tips
Each fish is unique and can only be held one at a time, but you can turn in all three fish and then fish a full second set on the same day for up to six total turn-ins.
The Diplomacy racial (+10%) stacks with other reputation bonuses and applies to each fish turn-in, meaningfully cutting down the total days needed.
