Start the Klaxxi Questline
Begin by completing the introductory questline that leads to Psycho Mantid. Start with Dread Space at The Sunset Brewgarden, then complete Falling Down and Nope, turning both into Marksman Lann, who will then offer you Psycho Mantid and open up the Klaxxi daily quest system.
Complete Klaxxi Daily Quests
Daily quests are offered in grouped hubs across roughly five areas in the Dread Wastes. Each session focuses on one general area, so complete all quests in that hub before moving on to maximize your reputation gains per day.
Kill Rares for Bonus Quests
While doing dailies, kill Kypa'rak near The Briny Muck or Zan'vess to loot the 
Massive Kyparite Core, starting Kypa'rak's Core. In The Clutches of Shek'zeer, kill Karanosh to loot the 
Enormous Kunchong Mandibles, starting The Matriarch's Maw. Near the Terrace of Gurthan or Forgotten Mire, kill Warlord Gurthan for his 
Ashes of Warlord Gurthan to start an additional bonus quest. These extra quests provide additional reputation on top of your daily hub quests.
Use Klaxxi Enhancements and Augments
As you free each Klaxxi paragon from their amber shells, speak with them to receive buffs that remain active as long as you are in the Dread Wastes. You can hold one Enhancement and one Augment at a time with no duration limit, so choose the ones that best suit your playstyle to speed up your daily farming.
Visit the Quartermaster
Spend your reputation rewards at Ambersmith Zikk, found at 55, 35.4 in the Dread Wastes, who sells faction rewards including the 
Grand Commendation of the Klaxxi, which increases reputation gains for this faction by 100% on all characters on your account.
