The Kirin Tor Offensive is a Mists of Pandaria faction based in the Valley of the Four Winds, and reputation is gained by completing daily food delivery quests for farmers in and around Halfhill Market.
Reach Level 90 First
You must be level 90 to see and accept the daily food delivery quests. You also need the required cooked food items in your inventory before the quests will appear.
Gather All Required Ingredients
Before cooking, collect the full ingredient list: Fish: 10x 
Jade Lungfish, 10x 
Krasarang Paddlefish, 5x 
Giant Mantis Shrimp, 5x 
Reef Octopus, 5x 
Emperor Salmon. Meats: 10x 
Wildfowl Breast, 5x 
Raw Tiger Steak, 5x 
Raw Turtle Meat. Vegetables: 35x 
Juicycrunch Carrot, 25x 
Scallions, 25x 
Striped Melon.
Cook All Required Dishes
Use your ingredients to cook all ten dishes needed for the daily deliveries: 5x 
Charbroiled Tiger Steak, 5x 
Fire Spirit Salmon, 5x 
Sauteed Carrots, 5x 
Shrimp Dumplings, 5x 
Braised Turtle, 5x 
Valley Stir Fry, 5x 
Eternal Blossom Fish, 5x 
Swirling Mist Soup, 5x 
Twin Fish Platter, and 5x 
Wildfowl Roast.
Deliver Food to Halfhill Farmers
Each farmer can be visited once per day. Deliver food to the following farmers at their locations in the Valley of the Four Winds: Chee at 34.4, 46.8 — Ella at 31.6, 58 — Fung at 48.2, 33.8 — Fish at 41.6, 30 (on the pier at the west end of Cattail Lake) — Haohan at 44.6, 34 — Hillpaw at 31, 53 — Sho at 29.6, 30.6 — Tina at 45, 33.8. Farmers not listed here can be found at the Halfhill Market.
Reach Exalted for Farm Rewards
Upon reaching Exalted (Best Friend) standing with each individual farmer, they each grant a permanent buff or addition to your farm, such as animal NPCs, a mailbox, an orange tree, or new house furnishings. Each farmer also mails you a reward item, for example Old Hillpaw sends a 
Straw Hat and Sho sends a 
Red Cricket.
Tips
These food delivery quests reset daily, so visit each farmer every day to maximize reputation gains.
Farmers may appear at Halfhill Market or at their individual locations listed above — check both if you cannot find one at their waypoint.
