The Tillers is a Mists of Pandaria faction based in the Valley of the Four Winds, earned by farming crops at Sunsong Ranch, completing daily quests, gifting favorite items to individual Tillers members, and feeding them their preferred foods.
Start Questing in Valley of the Four Winds
Begin leveling through the Valley of the Four Winds at around level 85–86. Questing through this zone introduces you to the Tillers faction and eventually leads you to Sunsong Ranch, where you unlock farm plots used to grow crops that award reputation on harvest.
Complete Tillers Daily Quests
Pick up daily quests from the Tillers NPCs scattered across the Valley of the Four Winds. Harvesting crops from your farm plots awards Tillers reputation directly, and crop events such as 'Bursting' yield bonus reputation — across 1,000 seeds planted, Bursting occurred roughly 1.1% of the time, generating approximately 110 reputation per hour at an 8-plot farm.
Feed NPCs Their Favorite Foods
Cook and deliver each Tiller member their preferred dish to gain friendship reputation. Jogu the Drunk at 53.6, 52.6 wants Sauteed Carrots (10x 
Juicycrunch Carrot). Farmer Fung at 48.3, 33.8 wants Wildfowl Roast. Ella at 31.5, 58.1 wants Shrimp Dumplings. Gina Mudclaw at 53.2, 51.8 wants Swirling Mist Soup (5x Jade Lungfish). Fish Fellreed at 41, 30 wants Twin Fish Platter (10x Krasarang Paddlefish). Sho at 29, 30 wants Eternal Blossom Fish (5x Jade Lungfish, 25x 
Striped Melon). Old Hillpaw at 31, 53 wants Braised Turtle (5x Raw Turtle Meat, 25x Juicycrunch Carrot). Tina Mudclaw at 45, 34 wants Fire Spirit Salmon (5x Emperor Salmon, 25x 
Scallions). Chee Chee at 34, 46 wants Valley Stir Fry. Haohan Mudclaw at 44, 34 wants Charbroiled Tiger Steak (5x Raw Tiger Steak). A daily shopping list covers: 35x Juicycrunch Carrot, 25x Striped Melon, and 25x Scallions.
Give Favorite Gifts to Each Tiller
Gifts are found in piles of Dark Soil across the Valley of the Four Winds. Giving a favorite gift grants 990 friendship with that NPC, while a non-favorite gift still grants 540 friendship. Ella and Fish Fellreed both prefer the Jade Cat. Farmer Fung and Gina Mudclaw both prefer the 
Marsh Lily. Chee Chee and Old Hillpaw both prefer the Blue Feather. Sho and Jogu the Drunk both prefer the 
Lovely Apple. Tina Mudclaw and Haohan Mudclaw both prefer the Ruby Shard.
Reach Best Friend With Each Tiller
Reaching Best Friend status with each Tiller unlocks cosmetic additions to Sunsong Ranch and mail rewards. Chee Chee at 34.4, 46.8 adds 4 Farm Sheep and mails a Goodie Bag containing 20 
Windwool Cloth and 5 Exotic Leather. Ella at 31.6, 58 adds a cat named Luna and mails a Tree Seed Pack with 3 blossom tree seeds. Farmer Fung at 48.2, 33.8 adds a Yak named Shaggy and mails an 
Enigma Seed. Fish Fellreed at 41.6, 30 adds 3 pink Piggys to the ranch.
Purchase Rewards From Gina Mudclaw
Once you have earned sufficient Tillers reputation, visit the faction vendor Gina Mudclaw at 52.2, 48.6 in the Valley of the Four Winds to browse and purchase available reputation rewards.
Tips
Neutral to Exalted requires 42,000 total reputation. Farming crops alone at an 8-plot farm generates approximately 110 reputation per hour from Bursting crop procs, so daily quests and NPC gifting are essential to reduce total time.
The
Grand Commendation of the Tillers, once unlocked, doubles all subsequent Tillers reputation gains — prioritize reaching Revered to unlock it and apply it before continuing.
