Bilgewater Cartel is a Goblin faction based in Orgrimmar whose reputation can be earned through tabard-based dungeon grinding and questing in Azshara.

Obtain the Faction Tabard

Visit Frizzo Villamar at 49.4, 58.4 in Orgrimmar to purchase the Bilgewater Cartel tabard. Equip it before entering any dungeon so all kills credit toward this faction.

Grind Magisters' Terrace

Enter Magisters' Terrace with the tabard equipped for approximately 2928 rep per run on Normal difficulty, with each run taking under 5 minutes. An orb at the end teleports you back to the quest hub, making resets fast. The Heroic version can also drop the White Hawkstrider mount as a bonus.

Farm Pit of Saron

Run Pit of Saron with the tabard equipped for around 2151 rep per run. After defeating the final boss, jump down and run to the entrance to reset quickly. This dungeon also has a chance to drop the Battered Hilt.

Quest Through Azshara

If you prefer questing, head to Azshara and progress through the zone until you reach the quests involving naga — this is where Bilgewater Cartel reputation begins to award. Questing in this zone is an alternative to dungeon grinding for earning rep.

Collect Your Exalted Rewards

Once you reach Exalted, buy the Goblin Go Kart mount from Kall Worthaton at 36.2, 86.6 in Orgrimmar.

Tips

  • Outland instances with the tabard equipped are effective for grinding rep while simultaneously farming transmog sets or completing dungeon achievements.

  • The Bilgewater Cartel tabard works in Wrath of the Lich King 5-man heroic dungeons, allowing you to earn rep and Justice Points simultaneously.
