The Shattered Sun Offensive is a Burning Crusade faction representing the final push by Naaru-aligned forces to stop Kael'thas from summoning Kil'Jaeden into Azeroth, based on the Isle of Quel'Danas.
Reach Isle of Quel'Danas
Travel to the Isle of Quel'Danas, the northernmost point in the Eastern Kingdoms. Horde players can fly from Silvermoon City. After enough daily quests have been completed server-wide, a portal in Shattrath City opens in the center of town leading directly to the Shattered Sun Staging Area.
Run Magisters' Terrace Daily
Enter Magisters' Terrace and complete full runs for reputation. One full run grants 1,655 reputation, and you can enter the dungeon up to 5 times per hour. It takes approximately 26 full runs (around 5 hours total) to go from Friendly to Exalted via dungeon grinding alone.
Complete Daily Quests
Each daily quest on the Isle of Quel'Danas awards 250 reputation. The total number of dailies required per tier is: 12 dailies for Neutral to Friendly, 24 for Friendly to Honored, 48 for Honored to Revered, and 84 for Revered to Exalted, totaling 168 daily quests to reach Exalted. With an epic flying mount, 6 or more dailies can be completed per hour.
Claim Rewards at Exalted
Once Exalted, visit Eldara Dawnrunner at 47.2, 30.6 on the Isle of Quel'Danas to browse the faction rewards. Additionally, speak with Anchorite Kairthos for a fee of 
1,000 gold to receive the title 'of The Shattered Sun'.
Tips
168 daily quests reward approximately 2, 500 to 3, 000 gold from quest rewards and vendored greens, plus around 17 Badges of Justice.
Grinding Magisters' Terrace from Friendly to Exalted yields roughly 964 gold from loot, 789 gold from vendored items, and 1,364 Netherweave Cloth across approximately 26 runs.
