The Kalu'ak
Wrath of the Lich King faction.
The Kalu'ak is a Wrath of the Lich King tuskarr faction reached through questing in Borean Tundra, Howling Fjord, and Dragonblight, then completed via daily quests to reach Exalted.
Start Borean Tundra Quests
Begin the Kalu'ak quest chain in Borean Tundra at 64, 45.7 by picking up the Cruelty of the Kvaldir chain. Horde players have 22 quests available here worth 11,700 reputation, while Alliance players have 17 quests worth 9,200 reputation.
Complete Howling Fjord Quests
Head to Howling Fjord at 24.6, 58.8 and start with Orfus of Kamagua, then pick up Swabbin' Soap to open up the daily quest there. Alliance players have 19 quests worth 7,870 reputation and Horde players have 18 quests worth 7,820 reputation in this zone.
Finish Dragonblight Quests
Travel to Dragonblight at 48.2, 74.2 and complete the Let Nothing Go To Waste chain. Both factions have 11 quests here worth 5,920 reputation, and all quests in the chain are available from level 68 through 71.
Track Your Revered Progress
After completing all quests, Horde players will sit at 4, 440/21,000 into Revered and Alliance players at 1, 990/21,000 into Revered (4,289/21,000 for Human characters due to Diplomacy). There is no other way to gain reputation with the Kalu'ak beyond daily quests from this point.
Run Three Daily Quests
Each day, complete one daily quest in each of the three camps — Borean Tundra (Preparing for the Worst), Howling Fjord, and Dragonblight — earning 500 reputation each for a total of 1,500 reputation per day. It will take 13 days as Horde, 14 days as Alliance, or 12 days as a Human Alliance character to reach Exalted.
Claim Exalted Rewards
At Exalted you can purchase the 
Mastercraft Kalu'ak Fishing Pole, along with a Penguin Egg pet — both require Exalted standing with the Kalu'ak.
Tips
Sort quests by Database > Quests > Northrend, filter by 'Increases reputation with The Kalu'ak', then sort by required level to identify which quests to pick up as you level.
