Sha'tari Skyguard
The Burning Crusade faction.
Sha'tari Skyguard is a Burning Crusade faction based in Skettis and Blade's Edge Mountains that rewards Nether Ray mounts upon reaching Exalted.
Start With Grella
To begin earning Sha'tari Skyguard reputation, find Grella at 11.2, 39.2 in Terokkar Forest, who stands next to the Shattrath City flight master and offers the introductory quest to unlock the faction.
Run Daily Quests
There are two daily quest hubs for the Skyguard — one in Terokkar Forest and one in Blade's Edge Mountains. The Blade's Edge hub requires completing a prerequisite quest chain before its dailies become available.
Kill Arakkoa In Skettis
All humanoid Arakkoa in Skettis, including Skettis Soulcallers, Skettis Windwalkers, and Skettis Talonites, grant 5 reputation per kill regardless of your current reputation level, and each has a chance to drop 
Shadow Dust.
Summon And Kill Minibosses
Summoned minibosses each grant 50 reputation, though Vakkiz and Akkarai stop granting reputation once you reach Revered. They can be stunned and interrupted, and drop items such as 
Vakkiz's Scale and 
Akkarai's Talons along with blue-quality boots, rings, bracers, or belts.
Defeat Terokk
Terokk is immune to stuns and interrupts and casts Shadowbolt Volley for roughly 1,700 damage, which can be avoided by staying at least 25 yards away from him. Killing Terokk in a raid group reduces reputation earned to 75% and prevents completion of his associated kill quest, so kill him in a standard group for full rewards.
Tips
Vakkiz and Akkarai stop granting 50 reputation each once you reach Revered, so prioritize killing all four minibosses equally before hitting that threshold.
