Netherwing is a Burning Crusade reputation faction based on Netherwing Ledge in Shadowmoon Valley, rewarding players with Netherwing drake mounts upon reaching Exalted.
Unlock Neutral Standing
Complete the opening quest chain starting with Kindness, where you kill 8 Rocknail Flayers and use their carcasses to feed 8 dragons on Netherwing Ledge at 65.3, 90 — when placing meat, move between drakes since the same drake will not eat twice in a row.
Find Neltharaku In-Flight
Fly on your mount and locate Neltharaku, who patrols slowly around Dragonmaw a few hundred feet in the air at 65.3, 90 — position yourself about 5 yards below him to interact, then listen to his full story for Neltharaku's Tale.
Kill Orcs In Fortress
Complete Infiltrating Dragonmaw Fortress by killing 15 orcs of any type inside the fortress near 65.3, 90, then proceed to To Netherwing Ledge! to collect 12 crystals from the floating island.
Run Daily Quests
Each day on Netherwing Ledge at 65.3, 90, complete A Slow Death (250 rep) by collecting 12 Fel Glands from nether rays and poisoning orc workers, Netherwing Crystal (250 rep) by collecting 40 
Nethermine Flayer Hides or Netherwing crystals from flayers and mine mobs, and the profession-specific daily — herbalists gather 40 netherdust pollen, while identical quests exist for miners and skinners — each worth 250 rep.
Note: No Rep Loss
There is currently no way to lose reputation with Netherwing, including killing netherdrakes inside or outside of the quest series, so the Netherstorm quest involving netherdrak kills can be completed without any rep penalty.
Tips
While disguised on Netherwing Ledge at 65.3, 90, mounting a Traveller's Tundra Mammoth will display as a drake but still allows access to its vendors — do not fly beyond the disguise region boundary or the mount will revert and lose its flying ability.
