Lower City

Lower City is a Burning Crusade reputation faction in Shattrath City, earned by completing quests in Terokkar Forest, turning in Arakkoa Feathers, and running Auchindoun dungeons.
Complete Terokkar Forest Quests
Work through the quests available in Terokkar Forest to earn up to 6, 125 reputation, making this the largest single source of quest-based rep for Lower City.
Complete Auchindoun Quests
Finish the quests tied to Auchindoun to earn an additional 1,950 reputation toward Lower City.
Turn In Arakkoa Feathers
Pick up The Outcast's Plight and turn in 30 Arakkoa Feathers for 250 reputation. This quest becomes the repeatable quest More Feathers, which continues to award 250 reputation per turn-in through the end of Friendly standing.
Farm Auchenai Crypts
Enter Auchenai Crypts on Normal difficulty and clear it for approximately 750 reputation per run. This dungeon is soloable at max level.
Farm Sethekk Halls
Run Sethekk Halls on Normal for roughly 1,080 reputation per run, or on Heroic for approximately 1, 250 reputation per run. Trash kills award 10 reputation each and bosses award around 100 reputation. Reputation from Sethekk Halls stops at the end of Honored. At max level this dungeon is soloable in under 10 minutes, yielding around 1, 500 reputation per run.
Farm Shadow Labyrinth
Run Shadow Labyrinth on Normal for approximately 2, 000 reputation per run or on Heroic for around 2, 700 reputation per run. Normal trash kills award 12 reputation, harder trash kills award 24 reputation, and bosses award 125 reputation each. Shadow Labyrinth awards reputation all the way to Exalted, making it the best dungeon for pushing through Revered and beyond.
Visit Vendor Nakodu
Once you reach the desired reputation tier, visit Nakodu at 32.6, 29.8 in Shattrath City to browse and purchase the available Lower City rewards.
Tips
Shadow Labyrinth is the only Auchindoun dungeon that awards Lower City reputation all the way to Exalted, so prioritize it once Sethekk Halls stops granting rep at the end of Honored.
Human racial passives grant a bonus to reputation gains, which slightly reduces the total number of dungeon runs required to reach Exalted.
