Reach Friendly Reputation
You must reach Friendly reputation with the Court of Night before Willowbreeze becomes available for purchase. If you are not Night Fae, the Rare Elite Valfir in Ardenweald previously granted 500 Court of Night reputation per kill, requiring 6 kills to reach Friendly — however, Valfir has since been disabled unless you have Rank 3 Anima Infusion.
