Defeat Vesharr in Battle
Travel to Vesharr at 46.4, 45.2 in Spires of Arak and defeat him in a pet battle. You must win this daily pet battle before you can browse his wares and purchase the Veilwatcher Hatchling.
Purchase the Hatchling
After defeating Vesharr, purchase the Veilwatcher Hatchling from him for
1000 Gold. This price can be discounted if you have a high reputation with the Arakkoa Outcasts, so reaching Exalted with that faction will reduce the cost.
Tips
The Kaliri Hatchling is also sold by Vesharr for
10 Gold — both pets share the same breed but differ in one ability in the second attack slot. The Veilwatcher Hatchling has an ability that increases hit chance when the target is blinded, but the pet has no way to apply the blind effect itself, so that ability's bonus condition cannot be triggered from this pet alone.
