Summon Sapnibbler or Seedle
Summon a Sapnibbler, or alternatively purchase Seedle from Talisa Whisperbloom and summon it. You will need one of these pets active to unlock Somnolet for purchase.
Purchase from Elianna
Travel to Elianna at 50.2, 61.8 in Emerald Dream. With your Sapnibbler or Seedle summoned, talk to her and purchase Somnolet. If the purchase option does not appear, select 'why can't I purchase one of the pets', confirm you have one summoned, then talk to her again to enable the purchase.
