Unlock Nigel Rifthold
Travel to Anyport on the western coast of Drustvar and purchase 10
Tirasreli Gourmet Chocolate from Xun Xun Sweetflower. Then head to at 52.2, 31.6 in Drustvar (west of Fallhaven), climb the small hill, enter the tree house, and loot the chest twice — the second loot will consume your chocolates and cause Nigel Rifthold to appear as a vendor near the tree house.
Purchase Smoochums' Bloody Heart
Buy
Smoochums' Bloody Heart from Nigel Rifthold at 52.2, 31.6 in Drustvar for
200 Polished Pet Charms. Alternatively, you can obtain Smoochums' Bloody Heart by completing the questline that begins with the quest Teddies and Tea, which is also available to Horde players.
Tips
Smoochums appears as a regular cat in model viewers, but in-game he is a see-through undead cat with a plump, multi-colored coat — keep this in mind when deciding whether to pick him up for his looks.
