Silvermoon Broom
Source: Discovery. Magisters love to turn on their enchanted brooms before heading off to work, only to find it stuck in a corner of their Silvermoon apartment. Magic type. So it looks like Bliz has decided to kill off pets. As said by others, I spent a couple of hours camping places where this pet (and others) spawn.
The Silvermoon Broom is a Discovery pet found in Silvermoon City during the Midnight expansion, inspired by enchanted brooms left running unattended in Magisters' apartments.

Travel to Silvermoon City
Head to Silvermoon City and begin searching the area. Multiple players have found the Silvermoon Broom patrolling around at 31.8, 81.2 and at 30, 78, so start your search in that general area.
Check Additional Spawn Locations
If the broom is not at the first locations, check the nearby spots at 27.97, 78.12, at 30.18, 74.3, at 28.39, 74.46, and at 28.18, 75.62, as players have reported finding it at all of these points.
Try a Low Population Server
If the broom is not appearing, try creating a trial character on a low population server — one player found it immediately up and patrolling near Falconwing Square upon arrival.
Wait for Weekly Reset
The Silvermoon Broom has a rare and slow respawn rate, so if it is not up after an extended search, waiting for the weekly reset is a reliable fallback strategy players have used.
Tips
One player found the broom active at 7 am, suggesting off-peak hours may be a good time to check.
