The Riftblade Familiar is a void-infused discovery pet found wandering in Voidstorm, rumored to be the familiar of a ren'dorei mage that escaped into the wilds.

Travel to Voidstorm
Head to the southern area of Voidstorm and search the cluster of known spawn locations: at 59.6, 71.8, at 60.4, 72.6, at 61.2, 72.8, at 62.2, 73.4, at 62.4, 73.6, at 63.2, 73.6, at 64.4, 74.0, and at 64.8, 74.2. The Riftblade Familiar wanders this stretch and can appear at different points along it.
Try Toggling Warmode
The pet has been spotted both with Warmode on (at 63.79, 73.93) and with Warmode off (at 64.08, 73.89). Flying to Slayer's Rise to toggle Warmode and then returning to the spawn area has worked for some players.
Loot the Familiar
When the Riftblade Familiar spawns, interact with it quickly to loot and collect it before other players reach it.
Alternative Purchase Option
If you prefer to skip camping, Construct V'anore at 55.8, 65.8 in Silvermoon City sells the Riftblade Familiar directly.
Tips
The pet has been observed spawning twice within roughly two hours at different nearby coordinates, suggesting a respawn timer in that range.
