Travel to Westfall and find Marcus "Bagman" Brown sitting on the ground next to the barn at 42, 71. If coming from Orgrimmar, take the Zeppelin to Stranglethorn, then fly or run northwest through Booty Bay into Westfall.

Tips
Pocket Cannon is effective in PVE against Elemental, Beast, and Flying pets, typically finishing them in 4 turns, and its Extra Plating helps it survive long enough to take on a second pet in many battles.
