Create Level 10 Character
Create an Allied Race character and reach level 10, then head to Chromie and select the Dragonflight Timeline to gain access to the sharding trick that lets you find wild pets extremely fast.
Travel to Silvermoon
Head to the Silvermoon Portal and take it, then make your way into the zone where Gloom Toad spawns. Level 10 and above can use Dragonriding to move between spawn points quickly.
Search Spawn Locations
Search for Gloom Toad at the following spawn points across the zone: at 29.2, 29.2 — at 28.0, 36.8 — at 28.8, 41.8 — at 30.6, 45.0 — at 22.4, 60.8 — at 46.6, 53.2 — at 43.2, 57.2 — at 48.0, 57.2 — at 42.0, 62.6 — at 47.8, 62.0 — at 45.2, 73.0 — at 35.8, 76.4 — at 38.0, 79.2 — at 40.4, 80.4 — at 36.6, 81.4 — at 34.6, 83.0 — and at 32.6, 84.0.
Tips
Characters between level 10 and 79 appear to get their own shard when using this method, allowing you to encounter wild pets much more frequently without competition from other players.
