Gather Required Fishing Items
Before approaching the turtle, acquire 5x 
Dornish Pike, 1x 
Goldengill Trout, and 1x 
Fish and Chips through fishing or the Auction House. Note: in the current live version, Fish and Chips is no longer required.
Find the Dalaran Sewer Turtle
Head to Feywold Village in Isle of Dorn and find the Dalaran Sewer Turtle at 40.9, 73.78, located on the hill on the south side near a tree, accompanied by a Dalaran Sewer Rat.
Feed the Turtle in Stages
Speak to the turtle and hand over your items one at a time — he will first request the Dornish Pike, then Fish and Chips, then the Goldengill Trout, with a cooldown between each request requiring you to fly away a short distance and return before his dialogue updates.
Reunite With Him in Dornogal
After the final feeding, the turtle will make his way back to his family. Travel to Dornogal and find him at 58.3, 30.3 near a tree in the courtyard of Stoneshaper's Atrium — the treasure will be marked on your map as you approach. All four turtles and the Dalaran Sewer Rat will be present near the tree.
Loot Your Pet
Interact with the Dalaran Sewer Turtle at 58.3, 30.3 in Dornogal to receive the 
Sewer Turtle Whistle, which teaches you the Dalaran Sewer Turtle companion pet. When summoned, the turtle will randomly wear one of four colored scarves — red, blue, orange, or purple.
Tips
This treasure is part of the Treasures of the Isle of Dorn achievement.
All three required items can be purchased from the Auction House if you prefer not to fish for them.
