Find an All-Seer's Focus
Head to the Antoran Wastes and interact with an All-Seer's Focus to gain a buff that allows demons in the zone to drop Intact Demon Eyes. You can find one inside the Houndmaster Kerrax Cave at 64.41, 21.03 in Antoran Wastes, or another on the second floor at 60, 45 in Antoran Wastes.
Farm 1,000 Intact Demon Eyes
With the All-Seer's Focus buff active, farm mobs in Antoran Wastes until you have 1,000 Intact Demon Eyes. Shaper's Rise at 55.2, 24.5 in Antoran Wastes is a strong farming spot, as the mobs respawn quickly and drop the eyes frequently.
Purchase from Orix the All-Seer
Bring your 1,000 Intact Demon Eyes to Orix the All-Seer, found under the bridge at 60, 45 in Antoran Wastes, and purchase the Cross Gazer for 1,000 Intact Demon Eyes. Note that this pet cannot be caged and is not available on the Auction House.
