Complete Waking Shores storyline

Progress through The Waking Shores's full storyline, at least up to the Blackdragon questline at the Obsidian Citadel, to unlock vendor Yries Lightfingers.

2

Purchase Chip from vendor

Find Yries Lightfingers at 26.4, 55.4 in The Waking Shores and purchase Chip using 1x Rock of Aegis, 2x Pre-Sentient Rock Cluster, and 3x Element-Infused Blood.

Tips

  • Rock of Aegis drops from Elite enemies in the Obsidian Citadel when farming for Key Fragments.

  • Pre-Sentient Rock Cluster can be looted from Primal Terrasentry in Ruby Life Pools.

  • All required materials are bind-on-pickup but commonly obtained while leveling or farming the Obsidian Citadel, making the materials relatively accessible.
