Blistercreepling is a battle pet from the Midnight expansion, obtainable as a discovery in Voidstorm or purchasable from Void Researcher Anomander.

Create an Allied Race
Create any Allied Race character, then head to Chromie and select the Dragonflight Timeline to gain access to relevant zones.
Travel to Silvermoon Portal
Take the Silvermoon Portal and make your way into Voidstorm. Characters level 10 and above can use Dragonriding to move through the zone quickly.
Search Voidstorm Spawn Points
Search the following known spawn locations in Voidstorm for Blistercreepling: at 26, 51.2 — at 31.0, 44.0 — at 33, 48.2 — at 35.4, 46.2 — at 32, 68.8 — at 38.0, 81.4 — at 40.2, 86.8 — at 42.6, 85.0 — at 46.8, 88.6 — at 51.0, 85.8 — at 65.2, 59.6. Characters between level 10 and 79 appear to have their own separate sharding, which makes finding the pet significantly faster.
