Windborne Velocidrake

Finish the main story in The Waking Shores first, as this is required before you can begin working toward the mount in The Nokhud Offensive.

Start the main storyline of The Nokhud Offensive and complete the 32 required quests in order, beginning with Next Steppes Into the Plains and progressing through the full chain.

Progress through the storyline until you reach the third chapter, working through quests such as Chasing the Wind and Nokhud Can Come of This leading into the final stretch.

Complete the Shady Sanctuary quest, the sixth quest of the third chapter, by speaking with five NPCs: Viranikus, Sariosa, Aronus, Sidra the Mender, and Guard-Ca. Upon completion, you will receive the Windborne Velocidrake.
