Veteran Adventurer's Loyal Companion

Open Blizzard's World of Warcraft: Forever product page and inspect the currently offered editions before checkout. For Veteran Adventurer's Loyal Companion, the minimum qualifying edition is the Skyborne Epic Pack. The cheaper Skyborne Heroic Pack does not include this second mount, so do not select Heroic if this is the reward you want. Higher editions inherit the contents of the lower qualifying tier, but a subscription by itself does not grant this promotion.

Expand the edition comparison and confirm that the selected offer includes the exact reward family shown in Blizzard's announcement. Regional price, tax, availability, upgrade credit, and gift eligibility can differ, so rely on the final Battle.net checkout rather than an old screenshot or a third-party key seller. Do not confuse Veteran Adventurer's Loyal Companion with the other mount in the Forever packs.

Sign in to the Battle.net account that owns the modern World of Warcraft license where you want Veteran Adventurer's Loyal Companion. Check the account name and region again on the final confirmation screen, then complete the purchase through Blizzard's shop. A purchase on a different Battle.net account will not merge that account's collection into yours.

After checkout reports success, fully exit World of Warcraft and sign back in so the account entitlement can refresh. Open Collections → Mounts and search for the exact name “Veteran Adventurer's Loyal Companion,” clearing filters if necessary. Promotional mounts are normally learned at the account level; if Blizzard instead delivers a learnable item, use that item once rather than purchasing the pack again.

Veteran Adventurer's Loyal Companion is a ground mount, not a skyriding or steady-flight mount. In current Retail, characters automatically learn Journeyman Riding (100% ground speed) at level 10; no riding-trainer purchase is required. Blizzard's separate Forever pack note says Forever characters will need that game mode's riding skill after launch. Summon it outdoors where mounts are allowed. It is a large brown bear wearing rugged Veteran Adventurer armor and travel gear. Search by the exact name to distinguish it from another prideclaw or bear appearance.

If Veteran Adventurer's Loyal Companion is still missing after a fresh login, check Battle.net transaction history for a completed—not pending or failed—purchase and confirm the pack appears on the same account as the WoW license. Allow normal fulfillment time, then contact Blizzard Support with the transaction record and exact mount name. Do not repurchase or use an unofficial code while the original order is unresolved.
