Verdant Skitterfly
Verdant skitterflies are the perfect mount for the scouts of the Dragonscale Expedition scouts, as they are fast and blend into the foliage of the Dragon Isles.
Acquisition Guide
The Verdant Skitterfly is a mount obtained from Expedition Scout's Packs in The Azure Span after reaching Renown 25 with the Dragonscale Expedition.
Reach Renown 25
Earn Renown 25 with the Dragonscale Expedition before Expedition Scout's Packs have any chance of dropping the mount.
Hunt Expedition Scout's Packs
Search The Azure Span for Expedition Scout's Packs — one confirmed location sits at 70.65, 68.4 on a ledge with a tree in front of a waterfall. Players have reported receiving the mount around the 20th pack opened, though others required closer to 100 packs.
Clear Your Minimap Clutter
Remove all shovels from your inventory to avoid generating dig-site markers on your minimap, making it easier to spot Expedition Scout's Pack locations as you fly through the zone.
Tips
Expedition Scout's Packs are distinct from Magic-bound containers and Tuskarr Tackleboxes — focus only on the Scout's Packs to avoid wasting time on containers that cannot drop the mount.
