Travel to Tanaan Jungle

Head to Tanaan Jungle and hunt the four rare spawns: Terrorfist, Vengeance, Deathtalon, and Doomroller — you can find Doomroller at 47, 52 in Tanaan Jungle. Each of these rares has a 30% chance to drop a Rattling Iron Cage, and you can loot each one once per character per day, giving you up to four cage attempts daily.

Open the Rattling Iron Cage

Each Rattling Iron Cage has a 1 in 3 chance to contain the Tundra Icehoof, with the other two possible results being Armored Razorback and Warsong Direfang. Already owning one of the mounts does not increase the odds of receiving either of the others.
