Acquisition Guide
The The Headless Horseman's Ghoulish Charger is a Hallow's End world event mount obtainable from the
Loot-Filled Pumpkin, which requires the player to be at least level 60 to receive the version that can contain it.
Reach Level 60 First
You must be level 60 or higher to receive the Loot-Filled Pumpkin version that has a chance to contain the mount — characters below this threshold receive only a rare version which does not include the same loot table.
Farm on Multiple Alts
You can gain additional chances at the mount by completing the Headless Horseman encounter on alternate characters at level 60 or above, as each qualifying character can receive a Loot-Filled Pumpkin per day during the Hallow's End event.
