Travel to Dalaran and find Zan Shivsproket in the Rogue Order Hall. You must already own Shadowblade's Murderous Omen before this vendor will offer the alternate tints for purchase.

Purchase the Mount

Buy Shadowblade's Lethal Omen from Zan Shivsproket for 1,000 Order Resources. If you are playing on a Legion-era character, you must be in Subtlety spec at the time of purchase and have all 52 artifact traits unlocked on Fangs of the Devourer; however, as of patch 8.0.1 these spec and artifact requirements are no longer enforced as long as you already own Shadowblade's Murderous Omen.
