This buff allows you to loot Magmotes from mobs around the Obsidian Citadel area and grants access to Dealer Vexil. Farming inside the Vault is recommended over the topside area due to lower competition and fast respawn rates, particularly the right wing near the Spider Rare where non-elite Rock Elemental mobs drop Magmotes reliably. Expect the full 1,000 Magmotes grind to take roughly 2 to 2.5 hours.

Once you have collected 1,000 Magmotes, find Dealer Vexil at 34.8, 46.6 in The Waking Shores inside a cave and purchase the Scrappy Worldsnail mount.
