Preyhunter's Fury

Acquisition Guide
Preyhunter's Fury is a green-flamed flying Prey mount sold by Construct V'anore in Silvermoon City after reaching Preyhunter's Journey Rank 10. The live item costs 2,250 Remnant of Anguish. Hunts award Preyseeker's Journey progress for the Season 2 Preyhunter's Journey reward track, so the two similar names refer to different parts of the same system.
Unlock Season 2 Prey
Complete Astalor's Prey introduction in Silvermoon, then open the Prey interface and verify the Journey track shows Season 2 before farming.
Progress Preyhunter's Journey
Complete Prey hunts to earn Preyseeker's Journey. Every 4,000 progress advances the Season 2 Preyhunter's Journey by one rank. The first hunt of a weekly reset awards 5,000 progress, the next three award 1,000 each, and later hunts award 50, so prioritize the first four before grinding low-value repeats.
Reach Rank 10
Continue earning Preyseeker's Journey until the Preyhunter's Journey interface shows Rank 10. This unlock is mandatory—having 2,250 Remnant of Anguish early does not expose the mount on the vendor.
Save 2,250 Remnant of Anguish
Keep the currency rewarded by Prey hunts until the total reaches 2,250. Do not confuse it with removed Anguish Runes or Voidlight Marl; Construct V'anore's Season 2 mount uses Remnant of Anguish.
Visit Construct V'anore
Go to Astalor's Sanctum in Silvermoon City, map 2393 at 55.69, 65.71. Open Construct V'anore's Rewards inventory, verify the Rank 10 requirement is green, and purchase Preyhunter's Fury for 2,250 Remnant of Anguish.
Learn the mount
Use the item and confirm Preyhunter's Fury in Collections. It is the green-fire Season 2 Prey reward; Hexflame Reaver is the separate chance drop from Ral'kala.
Tips
Preyhunter's Journey is the reward track; Preyseeker's Journey is the progress currency shown on hunt rewards.
Reserve 2,250 Remnant of Anguish before buying Prey transmog, pets, toys, or profession recipes.
