Acquisition Guide

The Mechagon Peacekeeper is a mount that drops from HK-8 Aerial Oppression Unit in Operation: Mechagon on Mythic difficulty.

1

Enter Operation: Mechagon

Travel to Operation: Mechagon and set the difficulty to Mythic, then fight through the dungeon until you reach HK-8 Aerial Oppression Unit and defeat it solo.

2

Farm HK-8 Weekly

The mount has an approximate 0.5% drop chance from HK-8 Aerial Oppression Unit, and the dungeon is lockout-based, so running multiple characters each week is the primary way to increase attempts — one player reached 812 total runs before the mount dropped.

3

Check Auction House

The mount has been looted from a Mythic Plus end-of-dungeon chest, meaning it can occasionally enter player hands and may appear on the Auction House.

4

Note Temporary Unavailability

As of The War Within Season 2, the original Mythic version of Operation: Mechagon is temporarily inaccessible due to the Workshop being added to the Mythic Plus rotation, making the direct drop unobtainable through normal means; the Reins of the Quantum Courser remains an alternative source for this mount.
