The Ironbound Proto-Drake is a 310% speed flying mount rewarded by completing the Glory of the Ulduar Raider (25 player) achievement, after which Brann Bronzebeard mails it to you with a personal letter explaining he found and nursed a wounded Iron Dwarf experiment hatchling back to health as a gift.

Enter Ulduar and complete all the required meta-achievement objectives for Glory of the Ulduar Raider (25 player). The raid can be soloed at max level.

Claim Your Mail from Brann

After completing the achievement, check your in-game mailbox for a letter from Brann Bronzebeard containing the Ironbound Proto-Drake, which visually resembles Razorscale from within Ulduar itself.
