Highwind Darkmane is one of four mounts obtainable from the Shadowlands adventure command table, awarded through pure RNG with no reputation or strategy requirement.

Access the Adventure Table

Open your covenant's adventure command table and look for the mission that rewards Highwind Darkmane — this mount is a pure RNG drop from the follower adventure missions.

Use Kyrian, Necrolord, or Night Fae

Running the adventure table on Necrolord or Night Fae characters is recommended based on player experience, though Kyrian characters have also completed the mission using followers Kleia, Pelagos, Nemea, Meatball, and Mikanikos.

Try a Night Fae Lineup

A confirmed Night Fae completion used Te'zan at level 42, Hunt-Captain Korayn at level 40, and Meatball at level 40 in the first row, with Dreamweaver at level 43 and Niya at level 42 in the second row.

Tips

Highwind Darkmane shares its source with three other command table mounts: Chittering Animite, Darkwarren Hardshell, and Warstitched Darkhound — running the table across multiple characters on different covenants increases your number of daily attempts.
