Acquisition Guide

The Hand of Bahmethra is a mount that drops from the Tormentors of Torghast world event in The Maw, obtainable either directly from the boss or from the Tormentor's Cache rewarded upon defeating it.

Travel to The Maw

Head to The Maw zone and wait for the Tormentors of Torghast event to become active.

Kill Lieutenants for Progress

Defeat lieutenants throughout the event to earn percentage progress toward spawning the main boss.

Defeat the Tormentors Boss

Once enough progress is accumulated, the main boss will spawn — kill it to receive the Tormentor's Cache and a chance at the Hand of Bahmethra, which can drop directly from the boss or from the cache.
