Complete Hagar's Invitation, What Lies Beyond the Fog, and the Vaults of Atal'Utek: Certain Doom introduction. Enter through 43.72,44.19, 31.29,64.18, or 45.67, 64.90 on Coiled Isle map 2512 and track Pro Poison Patroller.

Inside the Vaults, look for the small repeatable public-event objectives. Patrol names include Broken Bonds, Slay the Restless, Slay Children of Ula'tek, Siphon Venom, Scavenged Weapons, Breath and Bile, Congealed Venom, Dragged Below, Vengeance for the Dead, Ash to Ash, Calming the Dead, and Laid to Rest.

Follow each patrol's on-screen progress bar, remain in its area, and finish the final objective until the completion toast appears. Merely tagging enemies and leaving before event completion does not award patrol credit.

Finishing patrols advances the zone toward a Temple Strike. Complete the Strike and return immediately to new patrol markers; after two Strikes, join the Incursion, then resume patrols when the cycle resets. Groups clear objectives faster, but only completed patrol events count toward 250.

Open Pro Poison Patroller periodically and compare its progress before and after events. The requirement is 250 lifetime patrol completions, so spread the grind across sessions and characters only if the live achievement shows Warband-shared credit.

At 250, the achievement awards Emerald Skyfang directly. Search the Mount Journal for the emerald wind serpent and relog if the achievement completes before the collection entry refreshes.
