Obtain an Ottuk mount

You must own at least one Ottuk mount before purchasing Delugen. Eligible Ottuk mounts include: Brown Scouting Ottuk, Brown War Ottuk, Iskaara Trader's Ottuk, Ivory Trader's Ottuk, Otterworldly Ottuk Carrier, Otto, Yellow Scouting Ottuk, or Yellow War Ottuk.

Purchase from Elianna

Visit Elianna at 50.2, 61.8 in the Emerald Dream and purchase Delugen for 1 Dream Infusion.

Tips

  • You can only hold one Dream Infusion per character at a time. If your currency bar is full and Elianna doesn't offer the quest, spend the Dream Infusion first and it will become available immediately for that day.

  • Delugen transforms into Otto when used with the toy Investi-gator's Pocketwatch, losing its green appearance and gaining a regular look with a faint green glow.
