The Hexed Vilefeather Eagle is obtained by looting the Abandoned Ritual Skull in Zul'Aman, which requires collecting 1,000 
Vile Essence from elite mobs in the surrounding area.
Accept the Three Buff Quests
Before farming, pick up and keep active the quests De Vile Diminished, Respect de Totem, and Send Dem Home — do not complete or turn them in, as their combined buffs grant 100% increased HP, 200% decreased damage taken, 50% increased damage done, and 80% HP regeneration every 2 seconds, making you nearly unkillable. If you have already completed these quests, do this grind on an alternate character.
Farm 1,000 Vile Essence
Head to the elite farming area at 45.84, 40.15 in Zul'Aman and kill Knife Priestess Hezzia, Vile Boneguard, and Vile Tormentor to collect 1,000 Vile Essence — mobs drop 1 per kill, occasionally 2, but can also drop none, so expect the grind to take roughly 7 hours. Yellow mobs, the two zone rares, chests in the zone, and mobs inside the zone's dungeon do not drop Vile Essence.
Maintain Your Stacking Buffs
While farming, use Shadra's Gift from your extra action button to gain the Reciprocal Power buff, which increases your size and damage by up to 50% and heals you for up to 80% of your HP every 2 seconds — binding Shadra's Gift to a hotkey makes this easier to maintain. Additionally, killing Wild Guardians grants the Guardian Spirit buff, which stacks well with Reciprocal Power.
Enter the Abandoned Ritual Skull Cave
Once you have 1,000 Vile Essence, head to the cave entrance at 44.23, 43.5 in Zul'Aman, then proceed inside to the Abandoned Ritual Skull at 44.72, 44.1 and loot it to receive the Hexed Vilefeather Eagle mount.
Tips
If your extra action button for Shadra's Gift disappears, abandon and re-accept the quest Send Dem Home to restore it.
If you have an auto turn-in addon active, disable it before starting this grind to prevent the buff quests from being turned in automatically.
