Skip Intro on Alts
When starting the Midnight campaign on an alt, choose the skip option at Liadrin to bypass the intro. This immediately unlocks portals to both Voidstorm and Harandar, allowing you to begin farming rares as soon as you port into Silvermoon without completing any additional questing.

The Vibrant Petalwing can drop from rares in Harandar, including Rhazul (
