Skip Intro on Alts
When starting Midnight on an alt that has completed the main campaign, choose the skip option at Liadrin to bypass the intro. This immediately unlocks portals to both Voidstorm and Harandar, letting you begin farming rares right away without completing any additional quests.
Enter Harandar and Farm Rares
Use the portal to Harandar and begin killing the rare creatures across the zone. Confirmed drops have come from Annulus the Worldshaker, Stumpy, and Tallcap the Truthspreader at 72.63, 69.26 in Harandar. The drop rate is low, so farming across multiple alts is recommended.
Kill All Available Rares
The full list of rares in Harandar includes Rhazul at 51.17, 45.30, Ha'kalawe at 67.53, 61.91, Queen Lashtongue at 59.93, 46.84, Stumpy at 65.70, 32.75, Mindrot at 45.91, 31.42, Treetop at 36.59, 75.16, Pterrock at 27.39, 71.39, Annulus the Worldshaker at 44.48, 17.12, Chironex at 68.20, 39.28, and Tallcap the Truthspreader at 72.63, 69.26. Each rare also has a chance to drop the 
Vibrant Petalwing.
Tips
Each rare grants 50 reputation on its first kill per character, so running multiple alts through the zone increases both your farming attempts and reputation gains.
