Acquisition Guide
Blue Barry is a ground mount rewarded from the quest 'A Blue for You', unlocked after completing a 4-day quest chain in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market that becomes available once your Warband reaches Renown Rank 9.
Reach Renown Rank 9
Reach Renown Rank 9 with the relevant faction to unlock the quest chain leading to Blue Barry. Once unlocked, the starting quest 'Stealing What is Ours' becomes available from Ba'eth at 57.6, 58.1 in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market.
Complete Day 1 Quest
Accept and complete 'Stealing What is Ours' from Ba'eth at 57.6, 58.1 in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market. A new follow-up quest becomes available every 24 hours.
Complete Day 2 Quest
Accept 'Win-Win Situation' from Ba'eth at 57.6, 58.1. This step involves a small trading game — Ba'kerei at 43.3, 37.0 stocks two special items: 
Ba'key's Special Cookie and 
Box of Cookies, which are required to unlock the necessary dialogue options to finish the quest.
Complete Day 3 Quests
On Day 3, 'The Wrong Bluecephalus' starts from Xy'dax at 46.9, 36.8 in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market. Follow up by completing 'Meat My Business' to progress the chain.
Complete The Grift
Accept 'The Grift' on Day 4, which requires collecting three items only obtainable in Untethered Space: 
Prosperity Pebble (a dust pile on the ground, coordinates at 51.16, 63.2), 
Backfire Wish Bracelet (drops from Shadowed Fateshaper, at 47.01, 51.41), and 
Coin of Endless Debt (drops from an enemy, at 50.59, 68.65). Xy'Zin and Griftah can be found at 48.5, 41.4.
Claim Blue Barry
After completing 'The Grift', the quest 'A Blue for You' becomes available and rewards you with the Blue Barry ground mount upon completion.
Tips
The quest chain is time-gated with a new quest unlocking every 24 hours, so beginning the chain as soon as Renown Rank 9 is reached minimizes total wait time.
