Acquisition Guide
The Terror of the Night is earned by completing the Vigilante achievement in The War Within, which requires finishing all 6 random weekly Warrant quests in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market.
Pick Up Weekly Warrant Quest
Each week, one of six Warrant quests becomes available: Warrant: Arcana-Monger So'zer, Warrant: Grubber, Warrant: Shatterpulse, Warrant: Xy'vox the Twisted, Warrant: Purple Peat, or Warrant: Hollowbane. All six start at the same location in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market at 48.7, 57.7.
Complete the Questline
After picking up the Warrant quest, complete 3 additional follow-up quests in the chain, which culminates in obtaining a key reward used to summon and kill a rare enemy. Deputy Zo'mi in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market at 47.01, 57.61 is involved in at least one of these questlines.
Repeat Over Six Weeks
Only one Warrant quest can be completed per week, so finishing all six warrants takes a minimum of six weeks. Once all six are done, the Vigilante achievement completes and awards both the Moonlighter and the Terror of the Night mount.
